I know for some people it’s still hard to believe that they have to ‘inner power’ to influence (manifest) how thier life turns out. Yet, there is scientific and absolute proof that what you think, and how your talk influences what shows up in your life.
But words are not enough. Bringing goodness, health and well-being into your life is not quite as simple as chanting a few affirmations several times a day. It seems that to create consciously and make a real and lasting difference, your genuine feelings intentions and emotions are essential too.

So what does this video really show us?
Well on a simple level I am left with a better understanding of why my favourite house plants thrive (because I tell them they are beautiful) and why the ones I forget about don’t. Perhaps that is also why our much loved, adored and indulged cat lived to the grand old age of 20!
It seems that what we give out we create.
All this set me off wondering what what would happen if we were to tale a little more time each day to really feel love and appreciation for ourselves, the people closest to us and the environment we live in (our home and the planet).
Would we have more energy, feel more relaxed, sleep better, and recover from stress and heal more easily? Would our relationships be more fun and rewarding? Would our homes take on a new, more inviting vibe? What else might happen?

Well the only way YOU can find out how powerful your words and emotions are is to do a little experiment.
All you would need to do is make a commitment to get into “a good feeling space”, as Abraham says, of gratitude and appreciation a minimum of once a day for 30 days, and pay attention to the changes that take place.
