Today’s post has been inspired by a gently thought provoking video I came across on Facebook. It questions our perceptions about abundance and asks the question:
What is the definition of abundance?
When it comes to ‘having it all’, is our own expectation the only real obstacle we need to overcome?
Let’s face it, when it comes to the Law of Attraction and our intention to create a desired outcome, we all know how demanding (or perhaps pleading) we can be.
What is it that we do that subdues our ability to resonate at the highest frequencies?
Let’s agree that vibration and resonance are key to success.
When you think about it, it’s easy to see that all too often we attempt to manifest something from a place of need and perceived lack.
Instead of approaching the art of manifestation with the vibration of pure, unadulterated joy and the excitement of creating something new, we approach it with a sense of lack and neediness (and whatever thoughts underlie it).
This is true whether we realise it or not.
Conflicting thoughts and their associated emotions will always muddy the water and interrupt the pure flow of joyful desire.
Resolving the inner conflict, and digging for the hidden beliefs that shore it up (so you can clear them) will take time. There is no doubt about that.
All the while we are still faced with the frustration and disappointment that we have not received our desired creation; we are still confronted by what is lacking in our life. – and we are still secretly fearful that we will not get it.
In this state of mind, we are actively strengthening our belief in ‘lack’. We are feeling the vibration of frustration and we are immersed in a state of inner doubt with its associated beliefs and emotions.
Thus, like energetic quicksand, we are increasing the power of that vibration. The more we struggle, the deeper we sink into it until we are overwhelmed (now there is a nasty thought).
If you want to break free from that quagmire and manifest more quickly this is what you need to do.
IMMEDIATELY change your focus from the energy of lack and its associated emotions and step up into the vibration of abundance.
How do you do this?
Abundance is realising that you have what you need. It is choosing to celebrate the day and value what you have; enjoying the people, places, objects and events in your life for what they are – not what they might be.
It’s not about changing yourself, acquiring more and achieving all the time, it’s about being present and appreciating the ‘now’.
It is a choice to feel abundant and replete (now).
It is a simple redirection of how you think and perceive the world.
Remember, our emotion, is the fuel behind our manifestations. Once we reset our vibration to abundance, the Law of Attraction immediately mirrors that tone.
Today make a point to enjoy the moment. Keep your vibration high to experience the best of what reality has to offer you. Decide to find value in the things happening around you and meaning in the tasks you engage in. Be open to the bliss that lies within you.
